Shipping Policy
Processing Time
Orders are typically processed within 1 business day after being placed.
During periods of high demand (including product launches, promotions, or holidays), processing times may be slightly longer. If there is a significant delay in shipping your order, we will notify you via email.
Shipping Rates
We offer free standard shipping on orders over $50 (USD) within the United States.
For orders under $50, shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on the shipping destination and selected delivery speed.
Estimated Delivery Time
Delivery timelines vary depending on your location and the carrier selected at checkout. Typical delivery times are: 5–7 business days after shipment
Please note these are estimated delivery windows and not guaranteed delivery dates.
Order Tracking
Once your order ships, you will receive an email with a tracking number so you can follow your shipment’s progress.
Shipping Address Accuracy
Customers are responsible for providing accurate shipping information at checkout. Brew Chew is not responsible for orders shipped to incorrectly entered addresses.
If an order is returned due to an incorrect address, additional shipping charges may apply for reshipment.
Lost or Stolen Packages
Once an order has been shipped and handed off to the carrier, Brew Chew is not responsible for lost, stolen, or delayed packages caused by the shipping carrier.
If you believe your package has been lost or stolen, please contact the shipping carrier directly. However, if you need assistance, you may also contact us and we will do our best to help.
International Shipping
At this time, Brew Chew may limit shipping to select regions. Any applicable customs duties, taxes, or import fees are the responsibility of the customer.

Refunds & Replacements

Brew Chew reserves the right to determine eligibility for refunds, replacements, or other resolutions at our discretion.
Non-Returnable Items
Due to the nature of consumable products, we do not accept returns of opened or used items.
Cancellations
If you need to cancel or modify an order, please contact us as soon as possible. We cannot guarantee changes once an order has already been processed or shipped.
